About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our German entity in Lippstadt. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and their satisfaction is maximised.

Key responsibilities

Process and handle customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide product advice and conduct sales calls.
Prepare quotations and offers tailored to customer needs.
Manage dealer portals and coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, E‑Commerce, Accounting and Logistics.

Required profile

Successfully completed commercial or business training.
2‑3 years of professional experience in customer service.
High degree of friendliness, quick thinking, helpfulness and empathy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enjoyment of customer interaction and a service‑oriented mindset.
Fast comprehension and ability to learn quickly.
Good English language skills.
