Customer Operations Manager – DACH Region

About the role

As a Customer Operations Manager you will shape seamless customer journeys for the LEGO brand across the DACH region. Based in the LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn, you will translate data and insights into actions that balance demand, supply and relationships while supporting the broader Customer Operations function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives as project owner, from concept through delivery, partnering across international teams.
• Deputize for the Head of Customer Operations, preparing and contributing to forums that guide business outcomes.
• Manage a working‑student team, covering hiring, onboarding and daily coordination.
• Own order processing for key DACH accounts, collaborating closely with key account managers.
• Steer order‑intake management, balancing customer demand with transport and capacity while monitoring budgets and stock levels.
• Ensure efficient delivery operations by planning transport volume, aligning stakeholders, and optimizing distribution costs.
• Drive active stakeholder and relationship management across internal and external interfaces, including customer advisory and survey‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑chain customer operations within an international consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in cross‑functional value‑chain processes.
• Comfortable making decisions, managing expectations and delivering against targets in a structured way.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to its development.
• Skilled at simplifying complex topics and building trusted relationships across functions.
