Customer Service Representative (Airport)

About the role

As the face of United Airlines at the airport, you will welcome domestic and international travelers, assist them with ticketing, baggage, and boarding, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in passengers and process baggage for flights.
• Verify that travelers hold valid travel documentation.
• Assist passengers at gates, remote arrivals, and departures, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Operate ramp vehicles and handle baggage lifts up to 25 kg.
• Manually operate aircraft doors and support the United Club lounge transfer counter.
• Perform additional duties in Customer Services as required to maintain smooth airport operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven reliability and a professional appearance.
• Outstanding customer‑service orientation with confident communication.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for training and work outdoors as needed.
