Supply Chain Management Specialist – Frankfurt

About the role

Join LG Chem Europe GmbH in Frankfurt as a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain processes, ensuring smooth flow from purchasing to final customer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete supply chain, from purchasing to end‑customer supply.
• Coordinate inventory levels, purchase orders, delivery processing, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts.
• Oversee transportation chain and logistics processes, monitoring related costs.
• Conduct monthly stock analysis, inventory management, and on‑site stock investigations.
• Handle customer service, complaint resolution, and monthly inventory closing with invoicing.
• Maintain close communication with sales, customers, and logistics partners.
• Perform customs clearance, duty management, and sales/accounting administration.
• Track supplier contracts, verify supplier invoices, and process purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Business fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) systems (preferred).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
