Customer Service Representative

About the role

Sailun Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth end‑to‑end order and delivery operations. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, manage order processing in SAP, and coordinate logistics to guarantee timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary support for customer inquiries on products, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and timely updates.
• Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate entry and master data maintenance.
• Monitor order and delivery status, proactively inform customers, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order or delivery issues swiftly.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to align stock availability, delivery scheduling, and issue escalation.
• Support reporting, data collection, and continuous improvement of service and logistics workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role, preferably in the tyre or automotive industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of order management and logistics processes.
