Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our DACH Customer Care Team in Wesel, Germany. The role operates in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with our Brno office to ensure seamless support across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Handle non‑technical customer inquiries via phone and written channels.
• Administer and manage orders, including processing complaints, returns, credit notes, and supplementary invoices.
• Research product and shipment details and maintain accurate customer master data.
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with Distribution, Commercial, Supply Chain teams, and freight forwarders.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English; French or Polish is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and a confident communication style in both telephone and written interactions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Navision, SAP C11, and SAP VP1.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
