Bilingual German and English Customer Experience Representative (Remote, Germany)

About the role

A dynamic, expanding international B2B organisation with European operations is looking for a bilingual German and English speaking Customer Experience Representative to work fully remotely in Germany. The company combines excellent customer support with proactive commercial engagement, and English is the internal working language across its multicultural team. The role supports customer retention, engagement and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive inbound support by phone, email and digital channels
• Process customer orders and manage delivery or product queries
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback
• Proactively recommend additional relevant products where appropriate
• Support onboarding and reactivation of customers
• Share customer insights with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the wider European team

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English; training and internal communication are in English
• Previous customer service or customer experience experience preferred, though flexible on background
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
• Friendly, helpful and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and confident working remotely
• Additional languages such as French or Dutch are advantageous but not essential
• An interest or background in veterinary, animal health or a related sector is beneficial but not essential
