Customer Service Representative – Part Time

About the role

Join United Airlines as a part‑time Customer Service Representative, the friendly face that welcomes travelers at our airport lounges and gates. You will assist both domestic and international passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey from check‑in to boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in passengers and process baggage for flights.
• Verify travel documentation and assist with ticketing issues.
• Guide passengers to gates, handle boarding, and provide support during remote arrivals and departures.
• Operate in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, snow) and perform ramp duties, including driving and handling aircraft doors.
• Lift and handle baggage up to 25 kg and support United Club lounge services.
• Perform additional customer‑service tasks as required to maintain operational flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven reliability and professional appearance.
• Outstanding customer‑service orientation.
• Confident communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
