Customer Service Representative – UK (Office Based)

About the role

Join Artivion’s UK office as a Customer Service Representative, supporting the delivery of high‑quality medical devices. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through to delivery, using the ERP system.
• Maintain and update order information, customer master data, pricing, and documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Quality, and logistics partners.
• Handle returns, credit notes, and complaint management.
• Work with freight forwarders and couriers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Support inventory checks and help maintain accurate stock levels.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Structured, reliable, solution‑oriented work style with team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems (NAV experience is a plus).
