Customer Service Specialist – Pharma (French‑speaking, Western Europe)

About the role

kp is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for its Pharma division in Montabaur, Germany. The 12‑month fixed‑term position supports French‑speaking customers across Western Europe, handling order entry, tracking and communication through SAP and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, process and track customer orders in SAP, including invoicing.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries about order status and delivery dates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date shipping data and process order changes in collaboration with internal departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators on the Salesforce Customer Service Dashboard.
• Record customer complaints in Salesforce for Quality Assurance follow‑up.
• Track and report customer‑specific inventory levels, prepare weekly inventory reports and resolve overdue inventory issues.
• Handle country‑ and region‑specific formalities and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with the Sales team and provide price‑status information.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Proven experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Knowledge of country‑specific laws and customs formalities is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability and loyalty.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
• Salesforce (CRM knowledge, plus).
• Microsoft Office suite.
