About the role
Mercor is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support AI research labs by reviewing domain‑specific documents. This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $80–$160 and allows you to work independently while contributing to high‑impact projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess domain‑specific documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Provide structured feedback to improve document evaluation projects.
- Apply strong analytical skills to support high‑impact initiatives.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (minimum).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Eligibility to work from the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, or Canada.
