Customer Support Specialist – Order Management

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the essential link between our customers, sales, and logistics teams. You will ensure smooth end‑to‑end order processing while delivering high‑quality service to both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, review and validate incoming sales orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor the full order lifecycle, coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics.
• Provide proactive communication on delivery schedules, order changes and commercial queries.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate resolutions with cross‑functional teams and issue credit notes.
• Apply appropriate Incoterms and ensure compliance with contractual delivery conditions.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship (industrial trade, wholesale, foreign trade) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal sales, order management or customer service.
• Business‑level fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, service‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and logistics compliance.
