Customer Value Associate – Pioneer Program

About the role

The Customer Value Associate position is part of Tacto's fast‑track Pioneer Program. Over six months you will acquire consulting and product expertise, work directly with procurement leaders of European Mittelstand companies, and deliver measurable value that prepares you to become a Customer Value Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Master Tacto’s software and consulting toolkit through bootcamps and shadowing.
• Analyse customer procurement data, identify savings opportunities and build business cases.
• Engage daily with customer procurement teams and C‑level stakeholders.
• Manage risk, conduct savings analysis and support health & upsell management.
• Deliver first customer impact projects and own on‑site work packages.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong motivation and proactive attitude.
• Interest in consulting, procurement and value‑creation projects.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
