About the role

Qwello is building the future of e‑mobility by designing, building and operating public charging infrastructure. As a Data Scientist you will develop predictive models and analytics pipelines that help the company make data‑driven decisions, improve charging efficiency and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data science projects.
• Design, implement and maintain machine‑learning and statistical models tailored to technical and business stakeholders.
• Build end‑to‑end analytics pipelines and ensure they run reliably in production.
• Design experiments to test new features, pricing schemes and uncover business opportunities.
• Develop prototypes of data‑driven products and evaluate their performance in the field.
• Communicate key performance indicators and results to cross‑functional teams.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the data team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex solutions to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven experience designing and deploying machine‑learning models.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, including time‑series analysis and forecasting.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and its data‑science ecosystem.
• Self‑organised, adaptable to changing priorities and motivated to contribute to a sustainable future.
