Delivery Manager – EV Charging Projects

About the role

Allego is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of high‑power EV charging stations across Germany. The role combines project management, technical coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of charging infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the full installation lifecycle of HPC charging locations, managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with municipalities, grid operators and other external partners to secure permits, grid connections and site approvals.
• Order equipment, monitor stock levels and ensure all technical components are available for each project.
• Provide first‑line technical support to contractors during installation and early operation phases.
• Control project costs, adhere to budgets and align installations with commercial and site‑design specifications.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with several years of experience delivering EV charging solutions, preferably in home or office environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting site intakes and developing technical designs for charging locations.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of cost‑price calculations and solution‑focused problem solving.
• Fluent in German and English and based in Germany.
