About the role

The 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian, located in the heart of Munich with excellent public transport links, is looking for a Demi Chef de Rang (m/f/d). The hotel values interdepartmental cooperation, a relaxed approach and flat hierarchies, and offers a 4-day work week with three days off every week.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth processes and keep tables and workspaces clean so the team can work together
• Maintain high standards of food quality and ensure colleagues deliver a special service experience
• Engage guests personally and create a memorable experience

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship and first experience in the catering business
• Enjoys working with people and makes others feel good
• Passionate about good food and drinks and enjoys discovering new concepts
