Design Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

neospaces is building a technology‑driven commercial real‑estate brokerage and needs a Design Engineer who can turn design concepts into production‑ready code. You will work closely with founders, engineers, and brokers to create fast, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for both the product UI and the marketing site.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• Develop and maintain a reusable design system, including components, tokens, and patterns.
• Craft the marketing site and product UI with attention to layout, interaction, motion, and polish.
• Rapidly prototype ideas in Figma and convert the best solutions into production code.
• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and brokers in short feedback loops.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design craft and shipped, coded work.
• Fluent in front‑end development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS) with a design‑system mindset.
• Proficiency in Figma and a keen eye for typography, spacing, and motion.
• Ability to own a feature from concept to deployment.
• Business‑level English; German is a plus.
