Developer Relations / Experience Engineer

About the role

Kimchi, the open‑source AI inference platform from Cast AI, is looking for a Developer Relations/Experience Engineer to champion the product among developers worldwide. You will create public content, engage with community channels, and turn feedback into actionable product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Produce tutorials, demos, integrations, and benchmark reports that showcase real‑world use cases of Kimchi.
• Engage actively on Discord, GitHub Discussions, Reddit, Hacker News and other developer forums.
• Gather and synthesize community feedback into clear signals for the product team.
• Write technical content such as setup guides, comparison posts, and integration walkthroughs that rank well in search.
• Represent Kimchi at conferences, meetups, and workshops through talks and live demos.
• Identify friction points for new users and advocate for rapid fixes.
• Help define Kimchi’s voice and messaging within the developer ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping software, preferably with agentic coding tools.
• Strong technical writing ability, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable being the public face of a technical product through blogs, talks, and community interactions.
• Passion for open‑source and developer advocacy.
