DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes (f/m/x)

About the role

As a member of Lemon.markets' cross‑functional DevOps, DevSecOps and Workplace Technology team, you will shape and evolve the infrastructure that powers a Brokerage‑as‑a‑Service platform. You will work on a stable foundation built on AWS EKS, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated deployment pipelines to deliver secure, scalable solutions for internal engineers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu).
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, Argo Workflows and GitHub Actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security best practices (IAM, privacy, monitoring).
• Implement observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, DataDog and related tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product releases and platform reliability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu for IaC.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, RedShift, IAM).
• Proficiency in managing Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
• Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and DataDog.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD and workflow automation (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team and quickly understand existing codebases.
