DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS‑based cloud platform. You will work in a regulated fintech environment, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our API‑first investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, IAM, RDS, S3).
• Manage production Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Write and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Implement observability and reliability tooling (DataDog, OpenTelemetry).
• Influence architectural decisions and long‑term platform strategy.
• Own cloud security, IAM best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Solid experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Production‑scale experience with AWS services.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in lean engineering teams.
• Preference for ownership over instruction.
