Digital Business Analyst – ERP for Service

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for the ERP for Service product team within the Spares & Services Digital Department. You will contribute to a large‑scale business transformation that includes the migration to SAP S/4HANA, helping to digitalise and improve the efficiency of spares and service operations worldwide. The position is based at the Hamburg production site, with an additional location option in Blagnac.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business process analysis and solution design, including process mapping, requirements gathering and blueprinting.
• Lead the migration to SAP S/4HANA by addressing service and material‑management business needs.
• Manage SAP configuration, implementation and testing, customizing modules to align with business requirements.
• Promote standard ERP solutions, conduct gap analyses and steer stakeholders toward standard functions.
• Coordinate project activities, facilitate workshops and negotiate with business counterparts.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT projects, especially large‑scale SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programmes.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP modules supporting Services or Sales (e.g., SAP Service, SAP Sales/SD, SAP CS, Asset Management, Manufacturing).
• Proven ability to customise SAP solutions to meet business needs.
