Digital Growth Marketer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Growth Marketer to drive visibility and engagement for our energy‑tech scale‑up. You will combine community‑led tactics with AI‑powered tools to build sustainable growth and position our brand in front of niche professional audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target audiences through community‑led growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute AI‑driven content strategies, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Manage technical SEO, structured data implementation, and website optimisation for AI crawlers.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn (and other channels) for niche markets such as GoOs, EUAs, and EFPs.
• Test, evaluate, and roll out new AI tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to close content gaps and build authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in an agency, B2C, entertainment, gaming or journalistic environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ABM campaigns and targeting high‑value lists.
• Strong background in performance marketing, technical SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
• Ability to work agilely in a fast‑growing, young company.
