Digital Marketing Specialist – Berlin

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join PIX4D’s international marketing team in Berlin. The role focuses on strengthening our digital presence and driving customer engagement across German‑speaking markets through localized campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimisation of global digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
• Coordinate and implement SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation, metadata updates and website optimisation.
• Manage and execute email campaigns, workflows, lists and marketing automation activities using HubSpot.
• Organise webinars – from setup and registrations to communications, follow‑up and reporting.
• Create, localise and publish digital marketing content in German and English.
• Coordinate campaign assets such as landing pages, email sequences, webinar pages, banners and digital collateral.
• Collaborate with product marketing and content teams for product launches, feature announcements and campaign activations.
• Maintain marketing materials, campaign documentation and digital content across platforms.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reporting and insights.
• Contribute to competitor monitoring, market research and identification of industry trends.

Required profile

• Native German speaker (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Hands‑on, organised and proactive attitude.
• Adaptable, customer‑focused and eager to learn.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution or related coordination roles.

Required skills

• Strong practical SEO knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot for email marketing and automation.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
