Director of Business Development – German Market

About the role

Yibi Group is looking for a results‑driven Director of Business Development to lead the expansion of its Yibi Jewelry division in Germany. You will combine deep knowledge of stainless‑steel materials with a strategic approach to acquire new fashion jewelry clients and strengthen existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market entry strategy to position Yibi Jewelry as a leading stainless‑steel supplier in Germany.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities with emerging and established German fashion jewelry brands.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, industry networking and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitive positioning and potential client segments.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for German clients, guiding product development, sourcing and manufacturing.
• Provide expert advice on design feasibility, aesthetics and functional performance of stainless‑steel jewelry.
• Lead negotiations and deliver compelling presentations of Yibi’s capabilities.
• Represent Yibi Jewelry at trade shows, industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of business development, sales or strategic account management experience in the German fashion jewelry sector.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing market share.
• Strong understanding of stainless‑steel and mixed‑metal jewelry manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
