Director of Finance – FP&A (Germany)

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for its German operations. This senior position will shape financial strategy, drive performance insights, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain financial planning policies and procedures.
• Establish fiscal controls, prepare financial statements and manage relationships with investment and banking partners.
• Lead the FP&A team in creating and monitoring annual revenue and expense budgets and measuring operating results.
• Oversee short‑ and long‑term financial planning and analysis to forecast and evaluate business performance.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of internal and external financial reports and maintain corporate financial systems.
• Configure and generate accurate reports from the finance information system.
• Facilitate strategic decision‑making across functions, assessing customer, marketing and productivity investments.
• Develop valuation models based on economic, cost, pricing and market data.
• Drive automation of finance workflows and design multi‑dimensional data models that serve as a single source of truth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, data modeling, visualization, automation and business analytics.
• Proven track record leading finance operational strategies and managing projects and resources.
• Strong project‑management, change‑management and process‑improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with strong presentation skills.
