Director of Growth and Demand Generation

About the role

pubGENIUS is seeking a senior growth leader to own the end‑to‑end demand generation pipeline for its high‑tech development services. You will work closely with strategy, product, and delivery teams to turn technical success stories into revenue‑driving campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting North American mid‑market companies.
• Set up, scale, and optimise cold‑email infrastructure, LinkedIn sequencing, and data‑enrichment tools.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams and project managers to produce case studies, white papers, and narrative‑driven pitches.
• Guide the internal technical digital marketer to optimise vertical landing pages (e.g., fintech, healthcare, SaaS) that convert executive traffic into discovery calls.
• Take full accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline velocity, and total closed‑won pipeline value.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience within custom software development agencies or high‑end IT consulting firms.
• Proven track record of campaigns that closed six‑ or seven‑figure enterprise service retainers.
• Exceptional copywriting skills for high‑impact email outreach.
• Self‑starter who can define macro strategy, craft hyper‑personalised templates, and audit funnel metrics independently.
