Director of Product (AI HealthTech)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead the product function of an AI‑native HealthTech platform that is scaling rapidly across Europe. Based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, you will join the executive team to shape the product vision, strategy and operating model as the company expands internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and develop a high‑performing product organisation across multiple domains.
• Define product strategy and make investment decisions balancing customer value, commercial impact and technical complexity.
• Translate company objectives into clear product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Establish strong customer and data feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and evolve the product operating model to maintain speed and quality at scale.
• Deliver measurable business and customer outcomes across the portfolio.
• Hire, coach and develop Product Managers, building future leadership capability.
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling product organisations in high‑growth technology businesses.
• Track record delivering and growing complex B2B SaaS products from early market fit to scale.
• Strong product judgement and ability to balance speed, quality and long‑term value.
• Comfort using customer insights, product analytics and commercial data for decision‑making.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on leadership style, thriving in fast‑moving environments.
• Based in Berlin or willing to work hybrid several days per week.
