Director, Product Strategy EMEA Central

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Strategy for the EMEA Central region. This senior position sits at the nexus of our most strategic enterprise customers, field leadership, and product organization, translating market realities into platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with C‑suite executives and transformation stakeholders at high‑value enterprise accounts to drive platform adoption.
• Define use cases, map them to a platform‑wide strategy, and surface gaps before they become churn risks.
• Orchestrate post‑sale deployment and adoption for high‑value customers, leveraging APEX, CEG, and partner ecosystems.
• Advise field leadership on account sequencing, pipeline generation, and deal velocity across large account sets.
• Provide unfiltered customer and field signals to product teams, influencing roadmap prioritization and cross‑workflow opportunities.
• Coordinate product, engineering, and partner resources to address critical customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to earn trust with C‑suite leaders and senior executives.
• Experience guiding product strategy, roadmap decisions, and large‑scale deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, customer success, partners, and business units.
• Bias toward customer outcomes with a sense of urgency and execution excellence.
