Ed‑Tech Project Manager

About the role

This position is based in Germany and leads the scaling of an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. You will combine project management, operational leadership, and strategic growth to enhance the student experience and drive global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform.
• Oversee delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating resources, instructors, and support functions.
• Develop and execute international growth strategies, including multilingual content expansion.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimisation.
• Establish, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product, or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS or related industries.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
