About the role
Mercor is seeking an Education Program Specialist to support its AI research lab partners. This remote, contract position focuses on reviewing and improving domain‑specific educational documents to ensure high quality and relevance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess domain‑specific documents for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to elevate document standards.
- Apply strong analytical skills to contribute to high‑impact evaluation projects.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong document analysis and review capabilities.
