Enterprise Partnerships Manager – DACH Leasing

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Partnerships Manager to lead our leasing vertical across the DACH region. In this newly created position you will own the most strategic B2B relationships, ensuring a reliable supply of inventory stock and driving rapid growth for a fast‑scaling, Series C funded company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of key leasing partners, acting as their primary commercial contact.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure framework agreements with favorable pricing, volume, and service terms.
• Collaborate with operations, product, pricing, logistics and leadership teams to translate partnerships into scalable inventory growth.
• Use forecasts, ROI analyses and KPI tracking to prioritize initiatives and identify new commercial levers such as joint campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, key account management or strategic buying.
• Proven track record of delivering results through complex sales cycles and structured agreements.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• High customer‑care standards, meticulous attention to detail and strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
