Environmental Health Safety Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support our Berlin operations. You will work within a dynamic consulting environment, helping to ensure compliance and promote a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly EHS reports.
• Assist with site inspections and follow‑up documentation.
• Organise and circulate documents to operational teams.
• Create and update presentations, trackers and other reporting tools.
• Manage SharePoint document libraries.
• Execute direct tasks assigned by the EHS Site Manager.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support for EHS activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Prior EHS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
