Europe Distribution & Inventory Manager

About the role

The Europe Distribution & Inventory Manager will lead end‑to‑end inventory and distribution operations across all European markets for Nova Biomedical. This role ensures reliable, compliant, and efficient product flow through both third‑party logistics providers and internal warehouses, supporting high customer service levels while optimizing inventory investment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive seamless order fulfillment and on‑time delivery across a multi‑country European network.
• Develop and implement country‑specific inventory strategies that balance demand variability, lead times, regulatory requirements and service targets.
• Manage performance of 3PL partners and internal warehouse sites, monitoring KPIs, cost, capacity and service reliability.
• Navigate customs, import/export, VAT and other country‑specific regulations to maintain uninterrupted distribution in the EU and UK.
• Ensure compliance with EU sustainability and regulatory standards by consolidating and reporting logistics data.
• Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to align inventory positioning with market demand and mitigate supply risks.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and support broader transformation projects within the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distribution and inventory functions in a European context.
• Strong understanding of customs, import/export, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with 3PL partners and internal warehouse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management and distribution planning tools.
• Knowledge of EU logistics regulations and sustainability standards.
