Event Management, Social Media & Community Internship

About the role

Join Female Founder Space, a Berlin‑based social business supporting female entrepreneurs worldwide. As an Event Management, Social Media and Community Intern you will help shape online and offline experiences that empower women founders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit and other events.
• Plan, coordinate and manage formats for online and offline events.
• Communicate with speakers and attendees, handling logistics and follow‑up.
• Develop and execute social‑media plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads.
• Create copy and visual assets for posts and campaigns.
• Engage the community with compelling content and respond to interactions.
• Support research activities, draft newsletters, and publish articles for the online magazine.
• Perform general administrative tasks and email correspondence.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for women’s empowerment and a positive mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working from home with solid computer skills.
• Good written English and effective online communication.
• Creative thinker, quick learner and open to new ideas.
• Visual or creative aptitude is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads.
• Basic content‑creation tools for text and visuals.
