About the role
MicroAGI is building the data layer for physical AI and needs a highly organized professional to support its CEO and founding team. As the Executive Assistant in the CEO Office, you will ensure the leadership’s day runs smoothly, from calendar management to travel logistics, while safeguarding confidentiality and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, triaging requests and protecting time for deep work.
- Coordinate people‑management processes, including onboarding, team coordination, and internal follow‑ups.
- Arrange international travel for founders and visitors, handling flights, visas, ground transport, accommodation, and meals.
- Prepare and execute logistics for board meetings, investor updates, partner visits, and other high‑impact events.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Munich headquarters, including vendor relations, supplies, guest reception, and office facilities.
Required profile
- Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Fluent business English; German language skills are a plus.
- High agency and proactive mindset – you act without waiting for instructions.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
- Based in Munich or able to work regularly from the Munich office.
