This role goes beyond traditional diary management, acting as a true partner who helps shape how the executive team operates and drives overall effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Improve leadership workflows and operating rhythms, introducing structure in ambiguous situations.
• Support decision‑making by synthesising information, providing context and ensuring follow‑through on key priorities.
• Identify gaps and proactively drive improvements in ways of working before they become issues.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, confidently challenging and influencing outcomes when needed.
• Act as a catalyst for raising the standard of how leadership teams collaborate and execute.
