Executive Private Driver for VIP Transport

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and professional Executive Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for our executives, staff, and guests. The role involves representing the company to high‑profile visitors and ensuring every journey runs smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient driving services for executives, staff and guests, including airport transfers and luggage handling.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, regular servicing and accurate mileage, fuel and trip records.
• Plan and adjust routes using GPS and navigation apps, considering traffic, weather and timing.
• Coordinate travel schedules with executive assistants and logistics personnel, including international travel arrangements.
• Handle errands, document and package deliveries, and uphold security and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or VIP driver.
• Valid Category B driving licence with a clean record and a clean criminal record (Führungszeugnis).
• Excellent knowledge of Bremen and surrounding region, including Bremen and Hamburg airports.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and courteous communication in German and conversational English.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficient use of GPS and navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
• Defensive or advanced driving techniques (certification preferred).
• First‑aid certification.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting (tyre change, fluid checks, warning‑light diagnostics).
