Fleet Operations Support Assistant (Temporary)

About the role

For a temporary replacement, we are seeking an organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented professional to assist with day‑to‑day fleet administration and operational tasks. In this role you will play a key part in supporting our operations team, with a primary focus on monitoring and managing Total Loss vehicles and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Track and update the Total Loss monitoring file across every stage of the process to ensure full data accuracy.
• Request and collect necessary documentation from operational partners to prepare vehicles for sale.
• List and manage vehicles on auction via our partner platform.
• Coordinate with Accounting to request invoice creation and send invoices to buyers promptly.
• Track buyer payments to facilitate and clear the final handover of Total Loss vehicles.
• Request expert technical reports on behalf of the Claims team as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (mandatory) and professional English.
• Strong autonomy, excellent organizational capabilities, and sharp attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable working with tracking sheets, formulas, and updates.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast‑paced operational workflows.
• Prior knowledge or experience in the automotive industry or fleet management is a plus.
