Executive Storyteller – Thought Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Storyteller to craft compelling digital content for a senior Siemens leader. You will translate ideas, events and business priorities into clear, engaging stories that amplify the executive’s voice across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create a steady flow of high‑quality content such as Op‑Eds, blog posts, articles and short‑form scripts.
• Write and edit social‑media posts, Q&As, explainers and other editorial formats.
• Turn meetings, travel, events and emerging conversations into timely content opportunities.
• Develop recurring and experimental formats that give the executive a distinctive, recognizable voice.
• Translate complex business and technology topics into accessible, human stories.
• Interview experts and stakeholders, then turn their input into accurate, compelling copy.
• Collaborate with visual, video and communications teams to match copy with the right format and channel.
• Use audience feedback, performance data and digital trends to continuously refine content while maintaining editorial quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience creating and editing digital content in a newsroom, agency or corporate environment.
• Outstanding English writing and editing skills with precision, personality and the ability to get to the grain of a story quickly.

Required skills

• Strong digital content creation track record.
• Excellent written communication in English.
