Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

About the role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical) you will ensure the safety and functionality of hotel facilities, creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will work on guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, handling electrical issues and general maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain physical functionality and safety of hotel property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and operational areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
• Perform electrical maintenance such as replacing switches, outlets, light bulbs, and lighting components, and repairing small electrical appliances.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and upkeep of new equipment and technical systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory, ordering necessary materials and supplies.
• Carry out a variety of handyman tasks to support day‑to‑day hotel operations.
