Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Cognite is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute regional marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue for its industrial AI and data solutions. You will work closely with sales, demand generation, and digital marketing teams to deliver high‑impact events and campaigns across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain regional marketing plans with annual, quarterly and monthly views aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute in‑person and virtual events such as trade shows, roundtables, customer roadshows and webinars.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline influence.
• Amplify field programs through digital channels including email, paid media and social campaigns.
• Meet weekly with regional sales leadership to share event updates, MQLs, funnel conversion and insights.
• Measure and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, meetings, demos, conversion rate, cost efficiency, pipeline influence and ROI.
• Ensure proper attribution of leads and events in Salesforce and execute lead‑nurture strategies with lifecycle marketing.
• Build relationships with vendors, associations and partners to expand market reach.

• Experience in B2B field marketing, event management and pipeline generation.
