Finance Business Partner - Germany & the Netherlands

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to own the financial performance of Qonto’s two key markets – Germany and the Netherlands. Reporting to Nathalie Neff and based in Berlin, you will work closely with the country leadership teams as Qonto transitions to full banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly market reviews and monthly performance decks, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights for Germany and the Netherlands.
• Lead the Budget 2027 and forecast cycles, structuring assumptions, challenging allocations and aligning market teams.
• Partner with country managers to translate market strategy into financial frameworks, adapting to both a mature and an emerging market.
• Support Qonto’s shift to full banking services by enriching financial indicators and guiding teams on new regulatory requirements.
• Build AI‑powered FP&A workflows, automating recurring analyses, creating autonomous agents for dashboards and anomaly detection.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end FP&A ownership for a market or business unit.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders such as Country Managers or VPs, providing constructive challenge.
• Background in fintech or SaaS environments with data‑driven finance operations.
• Direct, honest feedback style.
• Current use of AI tools to streamline analysis and a desire to expand automation.
