Finance Manager – Europe (Brussels)

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by delivering high‑quality financial management, reporting and analysis across Radisson Hotel Group’s European operations. Based in Brussels, the role focuses on transparent shareholder reporting and performance analysis, acting as a trusted finance partner for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders and shareholders, including board‑level presentations.
• Conduct deep financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining full documentation and transparency.
• Translate financial data for both English‑ and Chinese‑speaking audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of finance experience in an international company.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, shareholder reporting and working with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.
