Financial Reporting & Capex Analyst (d/f/m)

About the role

As a Financial Reporting & Capex Analyst you will support the quarterly and annual reporting processes for German entities and monitor capital‑expenditure projects across the hotel portfolio. You will work closely with finance teams in other countries and with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS, management and HGB reporting packages.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Analyse results, variances and key movements versus budget and forecasts.
• Coordinate intercompany balances, allocations and financial flows.
• Monitor refurbishment, renovation and Capex projects, tracking actual costs against approved budgets.
• Identify project variances, risks and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• ACCA qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills
