Forward Deployed Engineer (Senior)

About the role

A hands‑on role in a small team focused on integrating technology with advisory workflows. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to prototype, build, and iterate software that supports tax advisory work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build MVPs in collaboration with practitioners to validate ideas quickly.
• Translate complex advisory workflows into working software solutions.
• Iterate rapidly based on direct user feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Own features end‑to‑end from scoping through deployment and monitoring.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack engineering experience building and deploying production software.
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Experience delivering features end‑to‑end from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Ability to translate domain workflows into software requirements and implementations.
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders and domain experts.
• Strong product sense and a tech‑first mindset, with no low‑code tools.
• Background in financial services, tax, accounting, or regulated advisory domains preferred.
• Startup or early‑stage experience and willingness to work on site in Berlin.

What we offer
