Founders Associate (Full-Time / Internship)

About the role

As a Founders Associate at Enzo, you will work directly with the founding team of a fast‑growing B2B PropTech startup. Whether you join as a full‑time employee or an intern, you will gain hands‑on experience across strategy, operations, business development and product alignment while helping to scale the company’s water‑monitoring solution.

Key responsibilities

• Support founders on high‑priority strategic projects such as market research, partnership development and scaling initiatives.
• Assist in streamlining operational processes from product development to customer onboarding.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B collaborations and go‑to‑market planning.
• Prepare investor presentations, gather data and analyse metrics for fundraising and investor relations.
• Collaborate with the tech team to align product roadmaps with commercial objectives.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers or partners to build and maintain key relationships.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform positioning and strategy.

• Analytical, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
