Sales Manager – DACH Market (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Constance Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead commercial development across the German‑speaking DACH market. You will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of 11 luxury hotels and resorts, driving business growth and strengthening relationships with key travel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit travel agents, tour operators and other partners regularly to provide training and generate new business.
• Deliver product presentations for both Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts.
• Represent the brands at trade fairs, roadshows, workshops and industry events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the 11 properties to handle enquiries on contracts, allocations, offers and incentives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with tour operators, airlines, tourist boards, media and other stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities, set targets, launch cooperative marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
• Organise familiarisation trips, client events, corporate hospitality activities and hotel launches.
• Analyse monthly room and revenue reports, booking trends and cost of sales, and prepare regular market and competitor analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, tourism or travel sales, preferably in a regional or sales‑manager role.
• Proven track record of account development, relationship building and delivering commercial results.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH travel market and its key players.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating across locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the DACH region.
