Sales Manager – DACH Market (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Constance Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the DACH market to drive commercial development and visibility of its 11 luxury hotels and resorts. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Mauritius head office.

Key responsibilities

• Visit travel agents, tour operators and other partners regularly to provide product training and generate business.
• Represent Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts at trade fairs, roadshows, workshops and industry events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the portfolio to handle enquiries, contracts, allocations and special offers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key tour operators, airlines, tourist boards and media.
• Analyse monthly room and revenue reports, booking trends and market performance to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, tourism or travel sales, preferably in a regional role.
• Proven track record in account development, relationship building and delivering commercial results.
• Strong understanding of the DACH travel market and its key players.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Highly organised, autonomous and able to collaborate across locations.
