About the role

Mindrift is looking for freelance English writers to act as AI Trainers. You will create high‑quality, fact‑checked text that helps improve the reasoning, logic, nuance, and clarity of AI language models.

Key responsibilities

• Produce original, clear, and accurate responses following project guidelines.
• Adhere to style and quality standards to maintain consistency across content.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine and enhance generated text.
• Participate in project‑based tasks that may vary in scope and duration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least one year of professional or academic experience.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection.
