Freelance Brand Designer (Remote)

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a freelance Brand Designer to support the Tendem project. You will work remotely, creating modern visual foundations and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and color palettes.
• Organise and deliver variations of brand elements for internal and external use.
• Act as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across pitch decks, social media kits, and other materials.
• Build scalable visual systems that meet contemporary design standards.
• Validate design quality across digital and print mediums.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to create brand identities from scratch and translate them across various formats.
• Strong organizational skills for developing clear brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Expertise in Figma for crafting and managing design assets.
